Model information

The Skoda Enyaq Coupé is a fully electric SUV, based on the Volkswagen MEB platform. It combines modern technology with an appealing design and offers a long range as well as a comfortable interior. The latest range of the Enyaq Coupé is characterised by its aerodynamic shape and the distinctive Skoda grille. Variants within the Enyaq range

Within the Enyaq range there are several variants, differing in size and equipment. In addition to the Enyaq Coupé there is also the classic Enyaq iV, which is designed as an SUV. These models should not be confused, as they have different body styles and possibly also different boot capacities. The Enyaq iV offers more interior space, while the Coupé has a sportier silhouette.

Boot capacity

The boot capacity of the Skoda Enyaq Coupé is around 570 litres, making it one of the roomiest in its class. The rear seats fold down, allowing the capacity to be extended to up to 1,610 litres. This enables flexible use for various transport needs, whether for shopping, travelling or transporting sporting equipment. The tailgate opens electrically and provides a low loading floor, which makes loading and unloading easier.

Model year differences

The Skoda Enyaq Coupé was first unveiled in 2021, and since then there have been no significant changes to the body dimensions or boot dimensions. Future model years, however, could bring adjustments in equipment or battery technology that could indirectly affect the use of the boot space. Direct competition

Among the Skoda Enyaq Coupé’s direct rivals are models such as the Volkswagen ID.4, Ford Mustang Mach-E and the Hyundai Ioniq 5. The Volkswagen ID.4 offers a boot capacity of around 543 litres, while the Ford Mustang Mach-E offers up to 1,420 litres when the rear seats are folded. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 offers a boot capacity of around 527 litres. These differences show that the Enyaq Coupé is competitive in terms of boot capacity, but not the largest in its class.

Cheaper alternatives

More affordable models with similar boot dimensions include the Dacia Spring Electric and the Kia e-Niro. The Dacia Spring offers a boot capacity of around 290 litres, which is significantly smaller, while the Kia e-Niro offers around 451 litres. These alternatives are cheaper to buy, but offer less boot space compared with the Skoda Enyaq Coupé.
